Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to use the Site lawfully. Business Builder LLC is not responsible for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by users.
Service Commencement and Cancellation Policy
Work begins immediately upon payment, enrollment, or onboarding. You have twenty-four (24) hours to submit a written cancellation request if no substantive work has begun. Once work begins, all fees are earned and non-refundable.
No Refund Policy for Services Rendered
No refunds will be issued for services that have been initiated or performed, including consultations, assessments, research, strategy development, or documentation preparation.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
